Return/Refund Policy
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
- All Sales are FINAL. NO Refunds. NO Returns. NO Exchanges unless approved by a Humble Performance Sales Manager.
- If your return is approved, up to a 20% Restocking Fee will be applied.
- All items must be shipped back with an RMA provided by a Sales Manager or the return will not be accepted.
- Only items purchased directly from Humble Performance can be returned to Humble Performance.
- If an item is defective and not a Humble Performance item, please contact the manufacturer unless specified otherwise. We do not offer warranty or return for items from other brands.
- All returned items MUST include ALL packaging and documentation.
Items we cannot take for return:
- Opened and used goods.
- Scratched or damaged goods.
- Special order goods.
