Return/Refund Policy

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • All Sales are FINAL. NO Refunds. NO Returns. NO Exchanges unless approved by a Humble Performance Sales Manager.
  • If your return is approved, up to a 20% Restocking Fee will be applied.
  • All items must be shipped back with an RMA provided by a Sales Manager or the return will not be accepted.
  • Only items purchased directly from Humble Performance can be returned to Humble Performance.
  • If an item is defective and not a Humble Performance item, please contact the manufacturer unless specified otherwise. We do not offer warranty or return for items from other brands.
  • All returned items MUST include ALL packaging and documentation.

Items we cannot take for return:

  • Opened and used goods.
  • Scratched or damaged goods.
  • Special order goods.
