When remote tuning, we will send revisions for maps to be uploaded on the computer, this is how you do it.
Plug the Yellow USB cord into the front of the ECU and plug it into your computer. Then Key the car on.
If the top left hand corner does not show green, the ecu is not green on the computer. You can click it if the ecu is turned on and see if it will connect, but usually it will automatically come online and read the map on the computer. If it does not, check the actual ECU for power.
If the ecu shows green, it is connected and you can proceed to next step.
To upload the map once the ecu is green, hit file>import/upload.
Do NOT click file>open, this will disconnect you from the ECU, and will not make changes to the map on the ECU.
Navigate to the .nexmap file you were sent and click open.
After you click open, the import/upload map dialog box will open. Click the 'upload all' button, and the map will be flashed to the computer.
From there, the map is on the computer, once the software loads all the way up with the new map on it, turn the key off for 5 seconds, then you can start the car with the new map.
